Dhaka, Bangladesh, November 2025 — Prime Bank Fintech Limited has announced the appointment of Nabila Khalid as General Manager – Head of Brand & Communication. In this pivotal role, she will lead the strategic development, positioning, and execution of brand, marketing, and communication initiatives to strengthen the company’s identity and accelerate adoption of its fintech products and services across Bangladesh. Nabila’s focus will be on creating purpose-driven, data-informed, and customer-centric narratives that translate complex financial technologies into simple and relatable brand stories for diverse audiences.
Before joining Prime Bank Fintech Limited, Nabila Khalid was with Grameenphone Ltd, where she served as Head of Priority Services, Customer Experience & Service. In this leadership role, she shaped premium customer engagement experiences, conceptualized and executed branded content initiatives like Lumière: Sound of the Soul, and enhanced the service experience for Grameenphone’s high-value customer base.
Earlier at Grameenphone, as Lead Specialist – Premium Segment & B2B and Brand Manager – Premium Segment, she managed the GPStar portfolio, driving loyalty strategies, partnership reward programs, and digital marketing campaigns that deepened brand affinity among premium users. Her creative leadership was instrumental in developing and launching Lumière, a first-of-its-kind premium engagement platform.
Before her telecom career, Nabila gained agency experience at Grey Group, where she worked as Senior Manager – Strategic Planning, leading key accounts such as MGI, Himalaya, and Grameenphone. Her tenure there strengthened her strategic, client management, and cross-functional marketing capabilities.
Nabila’s earlier experience spans diverse industries and geographies. She worked in marketing, operations, and student experience roles across institutions like UNSW, Kinetic Partners, and Australian Institute of Higher Education in Sydney, before returning to Bangladesh to lead Marketing & Operations at Meghna Shorobor Resort & Golf Courses Ltd. She began her professional journey as a Microfinance Field Researcher at BRAC, gaining early exposure to grassroots development and community engagement.
