Karur, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2025 – Nadhiya Mali has been appointed as Head of Corporate Communications & CSR at Karur Vysya Bank (KVB), bringing with her extensive experience in public relations, media relations, and corporate communications. In this role, she will focus on enhancing the bank’s brand presence, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement, while also leading its CSR initiatives to drive impactful community programs.
Before joining Karur Vysya Bank, Nadhiya Mali was Head of PR, CSR, and Corporate Communications at Agilus Diagnostics, where she played a pivotal role in brand positioning, media relations, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She effectively strengthened the company’s external communication strategy and stakeholder relationships, contributing to its national presence.
Prior to that, she served as Assistant General Manager, Corporate Communications at Metropolis Healthcare, where she led corporate narratives, digital strategies, and leadership profiling. Her tenure saw the successful implementation of integrated communication campaigns and enhanced brand reputation.
Earlier, she held the position of Senior Manager, Corporate Communications at Percept Ltd., where she was instrumental in overhauling corporate intranet platforms, managing online brand presence, and winning multiple ABCI Awards for excellence in corporate communication.
Her career began with roles at Frontier Lifeline Pvt. Ltd. as Manager of Public Relations and MSL India as an Associate Consultant, where she gained foundational experience in strategic PR, crisis management, and corporate messaging.
