Colombo, Sri Lanka, June 2025 – Naleen Andrews has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Singer Finance. In this pivotal role, he will lead the human resources function, driving people strategy, talent management, and HR operations to support Singer Finance’s continued growth and organizational excellence.
Over his career at Singer Finance, Naleen has held several key positions, most recently serving as Assistant General Manager Human Resources for over two years, and prior to that as Senior Human Resources Manager for nearly five years. In these roles, he has been instrumental in advancing HR initiatives, developing people strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture at the organization.
Before joining Singer Finance, Naleen was Head of Human Resources at Prosperous Capital & Credit Limited for over two years, where he led end-to-end HR operations and implemented strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and organizational development. He also served as Human Resources Business Partner – Micro Finance at Alliance Finance Company PLC for a year, managing HR processes in the microfinance division.
Earlier in his career, Naleen was Senior Executive Human Resources at Eswaran Brothers Exports Ltd for two years, focusing on compensation and benefits, HRIS management, and performance management. He began his HR journey as a Human Resources Executive at Virtusa, where he handled resource management, capacity planning, and key HR analytics for the Europe and UK segments, gaining international exposure while working in both Colombo and Chennai.
