In this role, she will lead Strides’ global people strategy, organizational transformation, leadership development, and culture agenda across its multi-country operations.
Nandini brings deep expertise in people strategy, HR transformation, culture building, and leadership succession, with a career spanning large publicly listed and multinational organizations. Her appointment comes at a critical phase of Strides’ global expansion and capability strengthening, reinforcing its commitment to building a future-ready workforce aligned to its purpose of delivering trusted medicines that improve lives worldwide.
At Strides Pharma Science Ltd, Nandini has taken on the responsibility of leading the company’s global HR charter, partnering closely with leadership teams to strengthen organizational capability, talent development frameworks, and enterprise-wide culture initiatives across regulated and emerging markets.
Prior to Strides, at RateGain, she served as Vice President – People and Culture, where she led HR transformation for the APMEA region and corporate HR functions in a rapidly scaling SaaS environment. During her tenure, she designed and implemented competency frameworks, introduced AI-enabled HR practices, strengthened employer branding, drove Great Place to Work recognition, refreshed organizational values, and positioned HR as a strategic growth enabler for workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and succession management.
At Wipro Limited, Nandini held multiple senior global HR leadership roles across technology, infrastructure services, and media & telecom business units. She successfully drove attrition reduction, leadership development, workforce engagement, talent optimization, and large-scale HR transformation across billion-dollar business units with large global workforces. Her leadership delivered sustained improvements in employee satisfaction, retention, and business performance outcomes.
Earlier, at OnMobile Global Limited, she served as Global HR Head, leading end-to-end HR strategy for a publicly listed multinational organization with operations across more than 30 countries. She was instrumental in leadership hiring, HR automation, acquisition integrations, compensation frameworks, and global HR governance, building scalable people systems to support international growth.
