Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States – November 2024 – Naomi Linhart has been appointed as Director, Human Resources at Comcast. In her new role, Naomi will oversee strategic HR initiatives, supporting Comcast’s commitment to fostering an engaged and dynamic workforce that aligns with the company’s innovative media and technology offerings.
Before stepping into her current role, Naomi served as Senior Manager, Human Resources at Comcast, where she partnered with executive-level leaders within the Technology, Product & Experience (TPX) functions. She developed impactful people strategies, led workforce planning, and implemented change management initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational success.
Prior to that, Naomi was Manager, Human Resources at Comcast, where she was the HR Business Partner for over 475 employees within Comcast Advertising’s Growth & Marketing organization. She played a pivotal role in the development of the Sales Development organization in 2021, focusing on compensation analysis and workforce optimization. Her efforts in talent planning, compensation, and career mobility improved engagement and motivation scores.
Naomi’s journey with Comcast began as a Senior Recruiter, where she managed the full lifecycle of talent acquisition across various departments, including finance, HR, and technology. She built strong partnerships with leadership to drive talent strategies that aligned with the company’s goals and diversity initiatives.
Before joining Comcast, Naomi held roles at Randstad Professionals as a Practice Director, where she led recruiting activities for accounting, finance, and HR professionals. She developed high-impact business solutions, trained new employees, and consistently surpassed revenue goals.
