Gurugram, Haryana, India, January 2026 – Narayanan S has been appointed as Senior Director – eCommerce at The Coca-Cola Company, marking a significant leadership milestone within the company’s fast-growing digital and modern trade ecosystem. In this role, he will spearhead Coca-Cola’s eCommerce and digital commerce strategy in India, strengthening omnichannel execution, consumer access, platform partnerships and digitally enabled growth models.
In his current leadership journey at The Coca-Cola Company, Narayanan S has spent over a decade across progressive roles spanning eCommerce, on-premise, modern trade, entertainment, travel retail and customer management functions. Most recently, he served as Senior Director – On Premise and Entertainment, Customer Management Group (INSWA), where he led large national portfolios including food services, cinemas, hotels, airlines, airports and railways, strengthening revenue leadership, digital execution and national partnerships.
Earlier, he held leadership positions as Director – On Premise and Travel, Lead – On Premise and Entertainment, and Senior Manager – McDonald’s Business and Organized Wholesale, playing a critical role in shaping Coca-Cola’s organized retail, eB2B and platform partnerships while driving brand-led category growth and digital transformation.
Before moving into national leadership roles, Narayanan S served as Senior Brand Manager – Minute Maid and Alternate Revenue Streams, where he led innovation platforms, consumer insights, packaging, communication and new product launches. He also held roles across modern trade, eCommerce, APAC Digital Council leadership, trade marketing and area sales management, contributing significantly to Coca-Cola’s channel strategy, shopper marketing, and regional business performance.
Narayanan S holds a PGDBM in Marketing and Operations from Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, and a Master’s in Management (Marketing) from ESCP Business School. His academic grounding and cross-functional exposure have strongly shaped his leadership in modern trade, digital commerce and consumer-centric business building.
