New York City Metropolitan Area, United States, October 2025 — Charge Infrastructure, a fast-growing platform of commercial electrical contractors building the backbone of the clean-tech and smart-infrastructure economy, has announced the appointment of Nat Krishnamurti as its new Chief Financial Officer.
With over two decades of senior financial leadership experience across industrial, technology, and life-sciences sectors, Nat brings deep expertise in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, and strategic financial management. As CFO, he will be responsible for driving Charge’s financial strategy, capital planning, and operational efficiency as the company scales its electrification, broadband, and energy-efficiency solutions across North America.
Prior to joining Charge Infrastructure, Nat served as Chief Financial Officer at Hudson Technologies Company, where he led multiple transformation initiatives, including a $50 million capital raise, an acquisition that doubled company size, and major debt reduction efforts. Earlier, he held the CFO role at Interpace Biosciences and Applied Minerals, and spent over a decade at inVentiv Health, rising to Chief Accounting Officer. He began his career at PwC as a Senior Auditor, gaining foundational expertise in audit and financial controls.
A qualified finance leader with an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Long Island University and a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College, Nat also serves on the Board of Education for Branchburg Township School District, contributing to governance and fiscal oversight for the public-education system.
In his new capacity at Charge Infrastructure, Nat will partner with the executive and technical leadership teams to ensure efficient capital deployment, proactive risk management, and strong financial governance. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on building a financially resilient foundation to accelerate the global transition toward clean energy and connected infrastructure.
