Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Natasha M. has taken on a new role as Head of HR & People at Creative ITC, a multi-award-winning global cloud services and IT infrastructure provider. In this key leadership position, she will oversee the entire people strategy, organizational development, and culture transformation initiatives to support the company’s ambitious global growth trajectory.
Before joining Creative ITC, Natasha served for nearly four years as HR Manager – International at SHI International Corp., where she successfully led global HR initiatives across multiple geographies. Her focus included employee engagement, benefits strategy, and driving people development across international teams.
Prior to SHI, she worked as HR Manager at BASEC, where she played a strategic leadership role aligning HR with business goals in multiple countries including the UK, China, Dubai, and India. She also introduced robust succession planning and competency frameworks.
She was previously a Human Resources Business Partner at Transport Systems Catapult, where she led HR transformation initiatives, championed wellness, culture change, and HRIS implementation during her four and a half years tenure.
Natasha also held roles at Kuehne+Nagel, Stonegate Group, P&MM (part of the Sodexo family), and OAG Aviation Worldwide, where she built a strong foundation in change management, total rewards, employee engagement, and mergers and acquisitions support.
