Dallas, Texas, United States, September 2025 — Nate Holobowski has stepped into the role of Chief Officer, Casino Marketing at The Chickasaw Nation, where he will lead marketing initiatives for one of the most diverse gaming portfolios in the industry. With over 20 properties under the Nation’s umbrella, Holobowski will help drive strategic marketing programs that contribute to economic advancement and generational wealth creation for the Chickasaw people.
Prior to this appointment, Nate Holobowski served as Vice President of Marketing, Gaming & Entertainment at Delaware North for nearly 2 years. In this role, he led marketing strategies across a wide array of gaming properties including Southland Casino & Hotel, Miami Valley Gaming, and Mindil Beach Casino & Resort in Australia. His leadership spanned traditional gaming establishments and digital platforms like Betly Sportsbook and iCasino, contributing to Delaware North’s $4B annual revenue stream.
Before Delaware North, Holobowski spent over 13 years at Caesars Entertainment, Inc., ascending through roles such as Regional Vice President of Marketing, Vice President of Marketing, and Regional Marketing Director. He managed marketing for major resort casinos like Harrah’s Lake Tahoe, Harrah’s Philadelphia, and Horseshoe properties across multiple U.S. cities, overseeing revenues that exceeded $1 billion annually in the Midwest.
Earlier in his career at Caesars, he was Director of Player Development for Paris Las Vegas and Bally’s Las Vegas, where he led a VIP marketing team of over 25 professionals. He also held roles as Corporate VIP Performance Manager, VIP Casino Sales Manager, and Executive Host at Horseshoe Casino, building a deep foundation in customer engagement and high-value client relationship management.
Before entering the casino and gaming sector, Holobowski served as Director of Marketing at The Duke of Oil, where he managed marketing for 22 locations across the Chicagoland area.
