Winchester, England, United Kingdom, March 2025 – Nathan Hodge has been appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer at Arqiva, marking a new chapter in his nearly two-decade-long career with the organization. In his new capacity, he will lead the company’s finance strategy and operations during this transitional period, building on his strong foundation in financial leadership, transformation, and strategic planning.
Over the past five years, Nathan Hodge served as Group Finance Director at Arqiva, where he oversaw Financial Control, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Financial Services, and more. Notably, he played a pivotal role in the successful carve-out and sale of Arqiva’s Telecoms business to Cellnex, the repayment of £1.8 billion in debt, and refinancing £1 billion in senior and junior debt. He also led the re-implementation of Oracle ERP and the transformation of the Group Finance organization.
Prior to that, Hodge held the position of Finance Director – Telecoms and M2M at Arqiva, where he managed the finances of a 7,000 mobile mast portfolio and various smart metering networks. He was instrumental in securing a £2 billion transaction with Cellnex and a £700 million customer contract. His strategic insights supported IPO preparations and enhanced investor confidence.

Earlier roles within Arqiva include Finance & Commercial Director and Finance Director of the Satellite & Media division, Finance Director – Digital Platforms division, and Financial Planning Manager. His contributions ranged from stabilizing financial performance and reducing operational costs to integrating global acquisitions and supporting major refinancing efforts.
Before joining Arqiva, Nathan gained valuable experience as Finance Manager – Planning & Reporting at National Grid Wireless, Financial Support Manager and Financial Analyst at Calor Gas Ltd, Management Consultant at PwC Consulting, and Audit Supervisor at Coopers & Lybrand. Across these roles, he built a strong foundation in M&A, competition law, strategy development, and performance management.
