Over the past five years, Nathan Hodge served as Group Finance Director at Arqiva, where he oversaw Financial Control, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Financial Services, and more. He also led the re-implementation of Oracle ERP and the transformation of the Group Finance organization.

Prior to that, Hodge held the position of Finance Director – Telecoms and M2M at Arqiva, where he managed the finances of a 7,000 mobile mast portfolio and various smart metering networks. He was instrumental in securing a £2 billion transaction with Cellnex and a £700 million customer contract. His strategic insights supported IPO preparations and enhanced investor confidence.

Across these roles, he built a strong foundation in M&A, competition law, strategy development, and performance management.
