Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, June 2025 — Naveen Pandey has been appointed as the Managing Director of Bajaj Consumer Care, effective July 1, 2025, for a tenure of five years. Bringing with him over two decades of extensive leadership experience, Naveen is expected to strengthen the company’s growth trajectory and operational excellence.
Before joining Bajaj Consumer Care, Naveen served as Chief Executive Officer at Unibic Foods India Pvt Ltd, where he led the company for over four years, focusing on brand expansion and operational strategy. His tenure witnessed substantial product and market growth, underpinned by strong execution.
Previously, he held multiple senior leadership roles at Marico Limited, including EVP & Business Head – New Foods BU, EVP & Sales Head – India Business, and Managing Director – Bangladesh. At Marico, Naveen was instrumental in launching new product categories, managing large-scale P&L operations, and delivering consistent business performance across geographies.
Earlier in his career, he spent over eight years at PepsiCo, where he held significant roles including Sales Director – North, VP Sales – East, and General Manager – Sales IT. His contributions were key to driving sales transformation and digital initiatives.
Naveen’s early professional journey began at Asian Paints, where he rose through the ranks from Management Trainee to Regional Manager, handling institutional sales and depot operations across West India.
With a postgraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Lucknow, Naveen is well-poised to steer Bajaj Consumer Care into its next chapter of innovation and market leadership.
