Navnit most recently served as Group Director at Arshiya Limited, where his nearly 17-year tenure saw him progress from General Manager – Commercial to Vice President and Director. His deep expertise in managing distressed assets, regulatory compliance, and complex financial transactions has been pivotal in driving organizational resilience and transformation.

Prior to Arshiya, he held senior leadership roles at Future Group, KK Birla Group, and RPG Group, including serving as CFO and later Director at Future Group.
