Pune, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – Indus Towers Limited has announced the appointment of Neeraj Singh as Circle~CEO (MMG – Mumbai & Maharashtra Goa). In his new role, he will lead operations, profitability, and strategic growth across two of India’s most dynamic telecom markets, strengthening Indus Towers’ infrastructure and customer engagement with major operators including Airtel, Reliance Jio, Vodafone Idea, and BSNL.
Neeraj has been associated with Indus Towers Limited for the past six years. Most recently, he served as Circle CEO for Uttar Pradesh East, the company’s largest circle with 19,000 telecom towers and 31,000 tenancies, generating $360 million annually. Under his leadership, the circle overcame significant operational challenges and delivered sustained profitability, supported by a workforce of 300+ employees, 659 indirect staff, and 368 active partners.
Prior to Indus Towers, Neeraj was Managing Director (India & Middle East) at Premiershield, where he managed the end-to-end business operations across diverse geographies. Earlier, he was with Aircel for nearly four years, where he served as Business Head for Mumbai, Maharashtra & Goa, holding complete P&L responsibility and driving subscriber growth, revenue share, and market expansion.
Neeraj also spent more than a decade with Vodafone, rising to the position of General Manager – Sales & Distribution, where he successfully managed prepaid, postpaid, modern trade, and trade engagement functions across the circle. His early career included key risk management roles at Kotak Life and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company, where he focused on risk and fraud management at the national level.
Neeraj holds an MBA from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), a leading business school in India.
