Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 – IIFL Capital Services Limited has appointed Neha Aggarwal Nambiar as its new Head of Human Resources. In this leadership role, she will be responsible for shaping HR strategies, driving talent development, and supporting the organization’s growth as it continues to expand its position as one of India’s premier financial services providers.
Neha brings more than 18 years of progressive HR and leadership experience. She most recently served at Kotak Mahindra Bank, where she held several leadership positions over a span of more than 13 years. As Senior Vice President – Human Resources Lead for Kotak Private Banking, she partnered with senior business leaders to design people strategies, strengthen talent pipelines, and enhance employee engagement.
Prior to this, she was Vice President – HR Lead and earlier AVP – HR Lead for NR, Priority & Kotak Private Banking, where she played a key role in developing career paths, succession frameworks, and employee development programs.
Her career at Kotak also included roles as Chief Manager – HR Lead and HR Relationship Manager, where she partnered with multiple business verticals, managing large employee groups and ensuring HR strategies aligned with organizational growth.
Earlier, Neha spent nearly four years at HDFC Bank as Regional Service Manager, managing recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations for close to 500 employees across Western Mumbai in branch banking. She began her professional journey with Citigroup Global Services as a Customer Service Representative – Citiservice, gaining early experience in client and employee service excellence.
