Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 – Neha Kathuria has been appointed as the new Chief Marketing Officer at LTIMindtree, marking a strategic return to the company where she had previously led global marketing efforts. With a strong track record spanning over 15 years in the IT services and technology sector, Neha brings deep expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and global go-to-market execution.
Before rejoining LTIMindtree, Neha served as Chief Marketing Officer at Infogain for over two years. During this period, she played a pivotal role in reshaping brand visibility and driving growth-focused marketing strategies globally. Her contributions were instrumental in elevating Infogain’s positioning in a highly competitive digital services landscape.
Previously, Neha held several impactful roles at LTIMindtree, including Head of Global Marketing and other senior leadership positions during the pre-merger era at Mindtree. She led marketing efforts across Europe and verticals such as Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing. Her decade-long stint at Mindtree saw her evolve from leading regional marketing to spearheading global marketing strategy, alliance marketing, and industry-specific initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she spent more than six years at Infosys, where she held key marketing roles supporting the Manufacturing business unit. Her work included multi-channel marketing, analyst relations, go-to-market planning, and account-based marketing strategies that contributed to measurable sales enablement and brand differentiation across Europe.
Her initial career years also included strategic roles at Genpact and in the Client Acquisition Team at Infosys, where she specialized in market research, sales intelligence, and prospect analysis, laying a solid foundation in business and competitive strategy.
