With over a decade of experience across e-commerce and automotive sectors, Neha has built a strong reputation for driving transformation, scaling category performance, and optimizing P&L outcomes. Her elevation reflects Myntra’s focus on nurturing internal leadership and empowering women executives who bring innovation and vision to the forefront of India’s digital retail ecosystem.
Before her elevation, Neha served as Head of Revenue & Growth (Senior Director) at Myntra, where she was instrumental in expanding category performance, optimizing revenue streams, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative growth strategies.
Earlier, Neha spent nearly eight years at Flipkart, where she led multiple high-impact portfolios including Women’s Fashion, Large Appliances, and the Home Business. Her leadership contributed significantly to scaling Flipkart’s operations and improving category profitability. She began her career with Tata Motors, where she gained foundational experience in sales strategy, channel management, and business development — experiences that shaped her strong strategic and operational mindset.
