Her leadership contributed to enhancing strategic partnerships and delivering impactful results in the aviation sector.
Before dnata, Nicola was the Group Buy on Board and Retail Director at Newrest Travel Retail, where she led the long-term retail strategy, integrating sustainable innovations and digital advancements to optimize product offerings and drive revenue growth.
She also served as Head of Operations & Supply Chain at gateretail, managing cross-functional teams and overseeing operations at 31 retail locations. Her strategic contributions included optimizing inventory management, implementing efficiency improvements, and driving business growth.
Earlier in her career, Nicola gained financial expertise as Financial Controller at Aetna UK, where she managed comprehensive financial reporting and developed operational improvements, showcasing her strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
