Nicole Waller has been appointed as the new Senior Director of Human Resources at Telesign. With over two decades of human resource management experience, Waller brings a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to her new role at this leading digital identity protection firm.
“I’m happy to share that I’ve started a new position as Sr Director of HR at Telesign! Very lucky to be working with such a great team,” Waller shared about her latest career move.
Previously, Waller served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Optiv Inc, where she worked for five years, spearheading HR initiatives that supported various business units across the globe including the US, UK, Canada, and India. Her leadership was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, particularly in areas of leadership development and change management.
Before her tenure at Optiv, Waller was an HR Business Partner at Quantum, providing strategic and functional HR support to global service units and managing HR operations for the UK entity. Her efforts focused on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and enhancing employee relations.
Her career also included a significant role at The TriZetto Group as an HR Business Partner, where she managed complex compensation structures and supported major corporate transitions including mergers and acquisitions.
Waller’s earlier positions as an Organizational Development Specialist and HR Coordinator further solidified her expertise in talent development and HR systems, making her a well-rounded leader in the field.
