Pune, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Nikhil Kulkarni has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer – ACG Engineering at ACG World, where he will lead the global engineering vertical of the company. Based in Pune, Nikhil will spearhead initiatives in product innovation, operational excellence, and international expansion, aligned with ACG’s mission to deliver integrated pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions worldwide.

Nikhil brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and advanced manufacturing sectors. Prior to joining ACG, he served as Chief Executive Officer at TATA AutoComp Hendrickson Suspensions Pvt. Ltd., where he led strategic transformation and business growth. Before that, he was CEO – Spark Minda Green Mobility and CEO – Minda Infac Pvt. Ltd., overseeing operations, product development, and sales across multiple verticals.

Earlier in his career, he held key leadership roles at Faurecia, including as Business Line Director – Advanced Dosing Solutions and North America Commercial Vehicle Product Line Director, contributing to innovation and commercial strategy in the U.S. and Indian markets. Nikhil also spent over 14 years at Stoneridge, where he served in diverse leadership roles across India and the United States, including Director of Business Development – Asia Pacific and Joint Venture Director at Minda Stoneridge Instruments Ltd.

Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Shivaji University. He has also completed the Leap Vault 2.0 Leadership Program at the University of Warwick, and participated in the International Seminar on TQM by the Union of Japanese Scientists & Engineers. A Certified Six Sigma Black Belt & DFSS from Stanford University/Air Academy Associates, Nikhil is known for his strategic thinking, people-first leadership, and global operational insight.

His appointment represents a strategic step for ACG World as it scales its engineering capabilities to deliver value to pharmaceutical manufacturers around the globe.
