Gurgaon, Haryana, India, July 2025 – Nitin Agarwal has joined WTW as Director – Compensation & Benefits, bringing with him a wealth of experience in rewards strategy, performance management, and HR transformation. In his new role, he will lead strategic compensation initiatives across key markets, contributing to WTW’s vision of delivering insight-led solutions in people and performance.
Prior to this appointment, Nitin served as Head of Rewards at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, where he was responsible for driving enterprise-wide reward strategies. His tenure also included leading Total Rewards for the South West Asia Cluster at The Coca-Cola Company, where he implemented forward-thinking frameworks to enhance organizational motivation and retention.
Earlier, Nitin played a pivotal role as Senior Manager – Total Rewards & Performance at Sun Pharma, managing compensation and benefits across 41 countries and 20,000 employees, and aligning rewards with global business strategies. His prior experiences at Nestlé, EY, and as an Inspection Engineer at Indian Oil Corporation have contributed to his holistic understanding of both technical and HR domains.
Nitin holds a PGD in PMIR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B-Tech in Metallurgy from IIT-BHU, combining technical expertise with human capital insight to lead global compensation agendas.
