With over 24 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, Jasrotia brings strong commercial acumen, deep operational expertise, and a results-driven approach to the role. He is widely respected for optimizing hotel performance, managing complex multi-department operations, and building high-performing teams.
His expertise across guest engagement, revenue management, and brand strategy will further strengthen Noormahal Palace’s positioning as a leading luxury destination in North India, while identifying new opportunities for business growth in competitive markets.

Prior to joining Noormahal Palace, Jasrotia served as Vice President with Radisson Hotel Group, leading commercial and operational strategies for landmark palace resorts including Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur, and Radisson properties in Alibaug, Visakhapatnam, and Jammu. His career also includes senior leadership roles with Lansum Hospitality in association with Radisson Hotel Group, The Park Hotels, the Taj Group of Hotels, and The Leela Palace, Bengaluru.
