Pune, Maharashtra, India, February 2025 – SKF Group India has announced the appointment of Nrithika Sridharan as Head of Strategy & Marketing, bringing over a decade of leadership experience in corporate strategy, business growth, and P&L management across the Industrial Goods and Automotive sectors. In her new role, she will focus on driving strategic initiatives, expanding market presence, and fostering business growth for SKF India.
Prior to joining SKF India, Sridharan held senior leadership roles at TSF (TVS Motor Company Family) – Brakes India, where she served as Senior General Manager, Head of Corporate Strategy, overseeing key business transformation and expansion initiatives. Earlier, she was part of the Corporate Strategy & Planning team at Ashok Leyland, leading digital initiatives, customer solutions, and competitive market analysis.
She also worked at Murugappa Group, focusing on market entry strategies, financial planning, and international trading, and spent two years at Bain & Company, contributing to strategic growth and acquisition assessments for global clients. Her early career includes roles at HCLTech, where she specialized in software engineering and Six Sigma implementation.
Sridharan holds a PGDM (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Electronics & Communications from SSN College of Engineering, Anna University. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, business development, and digital transformation.
At SKF India Ltd, she will play a crucial role in enhancing business operations, strengthening customer engagement, and driving long-term strategic initiatives. Her leadership is expected to support SKF’s commitment to innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in the industrial and automotive sectors.
