London, United Kingdom, February 2026 — Ola Fadipe has started a new position as Chief People Officer and Partner at Rokos Capital Management. In this role, she will lead the firm’s global people strategy, partnering closely with senior leadership to strengthen talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness in support of long-term investment performance and sustainable growth.
Ola joins Rokos Capital Management following a distinguished tenure at Google, where she spent over six years in senior people leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Director, People Experience, shaping enterprise-wide people initiatives and employee experience strategies. Earlier, she was Senior Director and Global Head of Performance Management, influencing Google’s global performance philosophy for a workforce of more than 160,000 employees. Prior to that, she held the role of Senior Director, EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition, leading large-scale hiring and talent delivery across the region.
Before Google, Ola spent eight years at BlackRock, where she was the Director and EMEA Head of Talent, and earlier served as Director, EMEA Head of Talent Acquisition and Global Head of Campus Recruiting. During this period, she was instrumental in building and scaling talent, inclusion, and leadership frameworks across the EMEA region in close partnership with regional executives.
Earlier in her career, Ola held talent and recruitment leadership roles at Alexander Mann Solutions, Merrill Lynch, and UBS Investment Bank, building deep expertise in graduate recruitment, executive stakeholder management, and global talent delivery across financial services and professional services environments.
