Berlin, Germany, March 2026 — Pall Corporation has announced that Dr. Roland Folz has joined the company as President of Pall Corporation, effective March 3, 2026. With more than 20 years of leadership experience across industrial, food & beverage, and water technologies, he will lead Pall’s global business and help advance the company’s strategy, innovation, and long-term growth.
In his new role as President at Pall Corporation, Dr. Roland Folz will focus on driving the organization’s global agenda, with an emphasis on strategic execution, innovation-led growth, and strengthening long-term business performance.
Prior to joining Pall Corporation, he spent over a decade with Pentair, most recently serving as Group President – Industrial Solutions, based in Berlin. In this role, he was globally responsible for Pentair’s industrial businesses grouped as Industrial Solutions, held full P&L responsibility, led a 2,000-strong organization across functions, and oversaw global operations spanning multiple manufacturing sites and sales and service offices across brands in Food & Beverage, sustainable gas, membrane technologies, air systems, oil & gas, and water applications.
Before that, he served as Vice President, Global Business Unit – Food & Beverage at Pentair, overseeing a global Food & Beverage business and leading teams across multiple countries while supporting profitable growth and customer-focused innovation. Earlier, he worked as Food & Beverage, Global Vertical Market Leader, where he led global vertical market strategy and business development, driving strategic partnerships and market expansion.
Earlier in his career, Dr. Roland Folz was associated with VLB Berlin, including as Head of Brewing & Beverage Technology, where he led brewing and beverage science and applications, supported international growth, and contributed to expanding research, consulting, and training capabilities. He also held roles including Research Assistant in engineering and packaging, Sales Manager, Germany, and Technical Director at Preussen Pils GmbH, and began his early professional journey as a Brewer at Beck & Co.
