Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, April 2025 – Pamela Myers has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Caidya, a leading multi-therapeutic clinical research organization (CRO). In her new role, Pamela will lead the People team across North and South America, Europe, India, and other APAC regions, driving Caidya’s human capital strategy to support its mission of delivering innovative and agile solutions to the biopharma sector.
Prior to joining Caidya, Pamela Myers served as Chief People Officer at Rho, where she oversaw the people strategy for an international CRO with operations in 14 countries. During her tenure, she led a 30% workforce growth initiative, built a new HRBP model, and improved global benefits and people analytics systems.
Before that, Pamela had an impactful 15-year journey at FHI 360 as Chief Human Resource Officer, leading global HR functions for a $700M not-for-profit organization operating across 66 countries. She played a pivotal role in major acquisitions, global HR standardization, Workday and Taleo implementations, and developed strategic HR communication and engagement programs.
Earlier, Pamela held senior HR leadership roles at GXS (formerly HAHT Commerce) as Human Resources and NC Site Director, managing HR operations across 13 countries, and previously served as VP, Corporate Services leading HR, Finance, Legal, and Facilities functions.
Pamela’s earlier experience includes senior HR leadership at Summus, Inc. and Reichhold, where she worked on organization development, global HR strategies, and large-scale integration initiatives.
