Doha, Qatar, September 2025 – MEEZA QSTP, a leading data centre and AI service provider in the Middle East, has announced the appointment of Pasquale Perrotta as its new Chief Information Technology Officer (CITO). In his new role, Perrotta will spearhead the modernization of MEEZA’s managed services into Managed Services 3.0, accelerate the adoption of AI-first solutions, and oversee the expansion of the company’s data centre footprint, scaling capacity from 28.8MW to 60MW by 2027. He will also lead the development of sovereign cloud services and next-generation infrastructure, positioning MEEZA as the trusted digital partner of choice across Qatar and the GCC.
Pasquale joins MEEZA from NTT DATA, Inc., where he spent more than eight years in leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Adoption Services and Client Enablement, driving client success initiatives across 4,000 clients, leveraging AI-enabled service delivery, and achieving significant improvements in client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Prior to that, he was Senior Director of Transformation and Adoption Services, where he focused on executive advisory, client engagement, and large-scale digital transformation projects.
Earlier in his tenure at NTT DATA, he held roles including Digital Transformation Director and Director of Technical Operations, where he developed digital strategies, oversaw Fortune 500 client delivery, and managed large-scale technical teams across Europe. He also served as Group Head of Tools & Automation for APAC, leading automation initiatives that reduced operational costs and enabled zero-touch delivery across regions.
Before joining NTT DATA, Pasquale worked at IPsoft, where he held senior leadership positions such as Global Program Director and Department Head of EU Service Transition. In these roles, he successfully transformed multi-million-dollar technology programs, drove risk management, and advanced digital transformation initiatives across Europe. His earlier experience included operations leadership in Norway and the Netherlands, supporting Fortune 500 clients and spearheading IT service delivery.
Pasquale began his career in network engineering, holding technical roles at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM), KPN Telecom, and TelecityGroup (now Equinix), where he gained hands-on expertise in WAN design, infrastructure management, and data centre operations. This foundation gave him a deep understanding of enterprise technology that underpins his executive leadership today.
