Bangkok, Bangkok City, Thailand, March 2025 – Phannarai Sae-loo has been appointed as Head of Human Resources at Hilti Thailand. With a strong background in HR leadership, business partnering, and talent management, she brings extensive experience in strategic HR operations and workforce engagement to her new role.
Phannarai Sae-loo has been with Hilti Thailand for nearly two years, previously serving as HR Business Partner. During this time, she played a key role in supporting HR initiatives, driving organizational efficiency, and aligning talent strategies with business goals.
Prior to joining Hilti Thailand, she worked at TikTok as an HR Business Partner – E-Commerce, where she led HR functions and people strategies for the e-commerce business unit. She was also a People Operations Manager at Delivery Hero, focusing on HR process development before the project was put on hold.
Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ShopeePay, overseeing talent management, performance reviews, and HR development programs. Before that, she spent over five years at ExxonMobil, holding roles as HR Business Partner and Data Management Analyst, supporting corporate finance, audit, and in-country controllers.
