Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Piccolo R. Momin has started a new position as Head HR – AgChem Brands at PI Industries Ltd. In this role, Momin will serve as HR partner to the CEO for Brands India and lead a cross-country HR team supporting the AgChem business.
Prior to joining PI Industries Ltd., Piccolo R. Momin served at UltraTech Cement as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where he partnered with the Chief Logistics Officer and National Sales Head, and also supported the COE Leader for Rewards & Productivity while leading a team of HR partners and rewards professionals.
Earlier, he spent close to nine years with Glenmark Pharmaceuticals across multiple HR leadership roles. He served as Deputy General Manager | Global HR Tech, Policies, Analytics & PMS CoE, leading HRMS implementation in India and 10+ countries, setting up the foundation of the analytics CoE, and running PMS CoE and HR policies. He also served as Deputy General Manager | HRBP, acting as lead HR partner to multiple global CxOs, and earlier held roles including Senior Manager HR | Global Performance & Rewards CoE and Manager HR | Global Performance & Engagement CoE, Early Careers, where he supported global performance management, engagement survey action planning, and the setup of Glenmark’s early careers program.
Before Glenmark, he worked with Dell EMC as Senior HR Generalist | HRBP, partnering with leaders managing significant business scale and headcount. He earlier served at Wipro Limited as Asst. Manager HR | HRBP, supporting business heads and specialized talent practices across geographies. His early experience also includes a Summer Intern – Human Resource role at GE, and earlier work at Tata Consultancy Services as Team Lead – Software Quality Assurance, where he led a QA team supporting a large retail client.
Piccolo R. Momin is an alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, where he completed an MBA in Human Resource Management.
