In her new role, she will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and cultural transformation initiatives, aligning Fat Zebra’s people strategy with its mission of making payments seamless and scalable. With her deep experience in HR strategy, change management, and executive leadership, Mollica will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and fostering an inclusive and high-performance work culture.
Prior to joining Fat Zebra, Pina Mollica served as Director of People & Capability at Serco, where she led strategic workforce planning, HR transformation, and employee experience initiatives. During her tenure, she successfully implemented cultural change programs, organizational design strategies, and leadership development frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Before Serco, Mollica held a People & Culture leadership role at Latitude Financial Services, where she played a key role in establishing the risk organization in response to the Royal Commission in Banking Misconduct. She worked closely with senior leadership to drive change management, compliance, and governance initiatives within the organization.
Her experience also includes serving as Head of Business Partnering at Sportsbet, where she led HR initiatives through transformations, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions at Sensis and Optus, gaining extensive experience in HR operations, remuneration & benefits, industrial relations, and talent development.
With a proven track record in HR leadership, executive coaching, and cultural transformation, Mollica is well-positioned to drive Fat Zebra’s people strategy and organizational growth.
