Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher) has appointed Priyanka Karve as Vice President HR – Wealth Management. Based in Mumbai in an on-site capacity, she joins the organization with strong HR leadership experience across talent management, succession planning, organization development, culture building, HR compliance, and business partnering in the BFSI sector.
Prior to joining PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher), Priyanka Karve spent over eight years with HDFC securities. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources (April 2024 to March 2026), and earlier as Senior Manager – HR (February 2018 to March 2024), contributing to talent management and succession, organization development and culture building, HR compliance and audit, talent acquisition and mapping, strategic business support, and employee centricity.
Before that, she worked with Mahindra Finance for over seven years in Mumbai, serving as HR Manager (May 2016 to February 2018) and earlier as Deputy Manager HR (February 2011 to May 2016), with responsibilities spanning HR generalist work and talent acquisition.
Priyanka Karve is an alumna of The University of Manchester, where she completed a Master of Science (MS) in Human Resource Management.
