Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, May 2025 – Poroj Bhuyan has been promoted to the role of Director – Key Accounts at Darwinbox, a leading AI-powered HCM platform. In this elevated role, Poroj will drive strategic growth across key enterprise clients, reinforcing Darwinbox’s commitment to delivering agile, scalable, and human-centric HR solutions to large organizations.
Prior to this appointment, Poroj Bhuyan served as Associate Director – Key Accounts at Darwinbox for over two years, playing a critical role in expanding the company’s footprint among high-value customers in India. He was instrumental in enabling enterprise-wide adoption of Darwinbox’s AI-driven HR solutions by large corporations across the country.
Earlier, he was the Head of Growth at HONO, a leading Human Capital Management platform, where he contributed to scaling up business across the India Subcontinent, SEA, and MENA regions. During his brief but impactful tenure, he helped increase the company’s customer base and engagement outcomes through actionable insight-led solutions.
Before that, Poroj held a senior sales role at ITILITE, where he led enterprise client acquisition efforts in South India and was recognized with multiple accolades including “Value Champion” and “Gamechanger of the Year.” His experience also includes a stint as Regional Sales Manager at Goodera, where he promoted CSR and sustainability platform adoption across West India.
He began his corporate career with IBM India, where he worked on strategic alliances and GTM execution, and earlier interned with Mondelēz International, gaining firsthand exposure to rural sales and distribution strategy.
