In his new role, Pradeep will lead the company’s technology strategy, driving engineering excellence, scalable platforms, and the strategic use of technology to support Qbrik’s growing portfolio of financial services clients.
Pradeep brings over two decades of experience across software engineering, enterprise systems, and technology leadership. He has been associated with Qbrik Information Technologies for more than a decade, most recently serving as Software Engineering Manager, where he played a key role in strengthening engineering practices, mentoring teams, and delivering robust technology solutions aligned with business goals.
Earlier in his career, Pradeep spent nearly nine years at the University of Houston, where he held roles including Application Developer and Graduate Assistant, contributing to application development, release management, and process improvements within the university’s IT ecosystem. He began his professional journey at Polaris Software Labs India, working as a Technology Engineer on enterprise Java systems for global banking clients.
With his deep technical expertise and long-standing understanding of Qbrik’s culture and clients, Pradeep’s elevation is expected to further strengthen the company’s technology leadership and innovation agenda.
