Hyderabad, Telangana, India, April 2025 – Pragya Singh has been appointed as Director People Partner at McDonald’s, taking on a strategic leadership role to drive people-centric initiatives, organizational design, and HR business partnering across the brand’s India operations. Based in Hyderabad, her new role involves enabling talent strategies, enhancing leadership capabilities, and promoting diversity and inclusion across the workforce.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Pragya Singh spent nearly five years at PepsiCo, where she most recently held the role of Associate Director. During her time there, she played a key role in capability development, coaching, succession planning, and advancing the D&I agenda across functions. She also served as Deputy Director, where she led PepsiCo’s DEI initiatives as part of the HBS leadership.
Before PepsiCo, Pragya was an HR Business Partner at Wells Fargo, where she supported transformation efforts, organizational structuring, and change management programs for over three years. Her ability to guide teams through complex HR landscapes was well recognized during this tenure.
She previously worked at Bank of America as Senior Manager, strengthening her foundation in HR strategy and succession planning. Earlier in her career, she contributed to KPMG and Deloitte, where she gained extensive experience in talent delivery and HR business partnering for global teams.
