Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, November 2025 — Pramod C has stepped into the role of Head of Human Resources at Excelra, where he will oversee the global people agenda as the organization continues scaling its presence in life sciences data, AI/ML platforms, and analytical solutions. In this mandate, he will lead talent strategy, organizational development, HR transformation, capability-building, and people experience as Excelra strengthens its mission-driven growth in biopharma data intelligence.
Prior to joining Excelra, Pramod served as Vice President Human Resources at Mindsprint, where he led business partnering, HR analytics, performance management, and internal communication initiatives. His work contributed meaningfully to organizational capability development and the reinforcement of high-performance culture models across teams.
Before Mindsprint, he spent over eight years at Emids, progressing through executive HR leadership roles, ultimately serving as Vice President Human Resources. During this time, Pramod led HR transformation, enterprise talent management, technology-enabled HR modernization, and large-scale cultural initiatives. He played a pivotal role in building corporate communication architecture, wellness programs, compensation design, and learning ecosystems. His work also contributed to significant improvement in operating efficiencies, system automation, and organizational retention.
Earlier in his journey, Pramod held experience with UnitedHealth Group, where he drove large-scale HR transformation initiatives and workforce programs supporting more than 20,000 employees. His earlier tenure at Wipro Technologies spanned multiple leadership assignments across global hiring, leadership recruitment, HR business partnering, capability development, and organizational initiatives supporting talent growth at scale.
