Pramod Krishna Appointed as Chief Financial Officer at DriveX

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, October 2025 – DriveX Mobility Pvt Ltd, India’s first fully integrated auto-tech platform in the pre-owned two-wheeler category, has announced the appointment of Pramod Krishna as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, Pramod will be responsible for shaping DriveX’s financial strategy, strengthening fiscal governance, and driving growth initiatives as the company expands its footprint in the pre-owned mobility ecosystem.

Pramod Krishna brings a strong blend of experience in corporate strategy, finance, and operations, having worked across some of India’s leading organizations in automotive, financial services, and consulting sectors.

Prior to joining DriveX, Pramod was associated with TVS Motor Company for over four years, where he played a key role in the Group Strategy function. As Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager – Group Strategy, he led initiatives that shaped the company’s long-term business roadmap, focusing on market expansion, portfolio diversification, and new business models in mobility and electrification. His contributions were instrumental in aligning financial insights with strategic decision-making to drive sustainable growth.

Before his tenure at TVS, Pramod worked with EY (Ernst & Young) as Senior Associate – Strategy & Operations, where he supported high-impact transformation projects across industries, combining analytical acumen with cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business results.

Earlier, he served as Deputy Manager – Strategy at the Mahindra Group, where he contributed to business diversification and operational strategy projects across multiple verticals. His early professional foundation was built at JM Financial Ltd, where he worked for over two years as Equity Research Associate and later as Senior Associate, developing equity models, conducting sector analysis, and advising institutional investors through financial reports and strategic insights.

Pramod holds an MBA (PGP) from the Indian School of Business (ISB) with specializations in Finance, Strategy, Leadership, and Public Policy, where he honed his expertise in strategic finance and corporate transformation.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
