Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, December 2025 — Pramod Singh has taken charge as AVP and Head of Human Resources at BDx Data Centers, Asia’s fastest-growing data center platform, marking a strategic leadership appointment as the company accelerates its digital infrastructure expansion across high-growth markets in APAC.
In his new role, Pramod Singh leads the India HR charter, working closely with CXOs and senior leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational growth, culture transformation and digital HR modernization, ensuring that people systems evolve in tandem with BDx’s rapid business scaling ambitions.
Before joining BDx Data Centers, Pramod Singh served for over six years as Head of Human Resources – India at Jacobs, where he spearheaded HR transformation across multiple business units and seven office locations. During this period, he played a pivotal role in scaling the India workforce from approximately 900 to over 4,200 employees, delivering one of the most significant workforce expansions in the sector while simultaneously reducing voluntary attrition and strengthening succession pipelines. Under his leadership, Jacobs achieved Great Place to Work® certification, strengthened DEI outcomes, and aligned HR frameworks with business expansions into data centers, EV and semiconductor domains.
Prior to Jacobs, Pramod Singh held the role of People & Culture Head and Learning & Development Head at TechnipFMC, where he unified multiple business entities under a single cultural and operational framework. He designed and launched leadership development programs, institutionalized competency-based learning with Korn Ferry, strengthened succession planning pipelines and led major DEI initiatives while overseeing HR operations across key Indian industrial hubs.
Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Manager – Human Resources at Viom Networks, where he implemented performance management systems, psychometric assessments and succession frameworks that significantly reduced hiring costs and improved workforce diversity and engagement metrics. His contributions also supported regional Great Place to Work® initiatives.
Pramod Singh began his leadership journey at Essar Oil, where he led HR operations across engineering and refinery divisions, supporting large-scale greenfield projects, implementing SAP HR systems, designing competency frameworks and building engineering organizations exceeding 2,500 professionals. His foundational HR experience also includes leadership roles at Man Industries Ltd., where he supported full-cycle HR setup for greenfield manufacturing operations.
Pramod Singh holds a Postgraduate qualification in Organization Development and Change Management from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth, providing him with a strong academic grounding in change leadership and people systems design.
