Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 — Prasanth Challapalli has been appointed as Chief Digital & Innovation Officer for Havas Creative Network India at Havas India, a newly established role aimed at accelerating digital transformation and innovation across the agency’s operations. Based in Mumbai, he will report directly to Rana Barua, Group CEO of Havas India, SEA, and North Asia.
Bringing over 25 years of experience across advertising, entertainment, digital, and consulting sectors, Prasanth Challapalli is well-known for driving impactful digital-first strategies and brand innovation. Prior to joining Havas, he served as Founder and CEO of Gravity Integrated, where he led transformative brand and content campaigns for clients such as Amazon Pay, Google, and Tata Motors. His leadership tenure also includes senior roles at Publicis, Leo Burnett Orchard, and iContract, where he was instrumental in evolving integrated communication and digital platforms.
In his new role, Challapalli will focus on integrating emerging technologies with creative strategies to deliver digital-first brand experiences. He will collaborate closely with Sanchita Roy, Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Media India, and Rohan C., Chief Digital Officer at Havas Media India, to drive the adoption of Havas’ AI-powered operating system, Converged OS.
Challapalli’s appointment signals a strategic commitment by Havas to expand its innovation footprint, blending creativity, technology, and cultural insights to create meaningful brand experiences.
