Hyderabad, Telangana, India, November 2025 — Avistos has announced the appointment of Preeta M. as its Chief People Officer, a strategic leadership addition aimed at strengthening the organization’s people capabilities, cultural evolution, and scalable growth. In her new role, Preeta will lead core people strategy, organizational development, and talent transformation initiatives to support Avistos’ expanding business across technology, digital capabilities, and global delivery.
With a career spanning more than two decades, Preeta brings deep expertise across Human Resources leadership, people experience, stakeholder management, global talent operations, and strategic HR transformation. Her leadership approach is grounded in empathy, operational excellence, and building people systems that enable high-performance and purpose-led growth.
Preeta most recently served as Head of People Success (HR) at Narayana One Health, where she played a pivotal role in defining the organization’s people framework, implementing performance culture systems, and leading enterprise-wide people engagement and talent management programs across diverse healthcare delivery environments.
Before that, she served as General Manager – HR at Tata Consulting Engineers, where she led HR strategy alignment across multiple business units, focusing on governance, leadership effectiveness, and workforce development. Her work contributed to strengthening leadership pipelines and driving organizational capacity building.
Earlier, Preeta spent several years at Amazon, where she held roles including Sr. HR Business Partner and AP-CS Program Manager, partnering closely with global and regional leadership teams to embed scalable HR solutions, optimize people experience processes, and contribute to organizational transformation initiatives across India and APAC.
Preeta’s broader professional journey includes impactful HR leadership roles at Tata Communications, LearningMate, Dale Carnegie India, and K.M. Dastur Reinsurance Broking, where she led initiatives across global HR business partnering, compensation strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. She began her career in technology at Infosys as a Software Engineer, which laid the foundation for her understanding of business and workforce dynamics in high-growth environments.
