Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, July 2025 — Preeti Menon has stepped into the role of Director People and Culture at Messe Muenchen India, marking a significant addition to the organization’s leadership team. In this newly assumed position, she will be responsible for shaping the company’s HR strategy and strengthening its people and culture agenda in alignment with Messe Muenchen India’s dynamic trade fair business.
Prior to joining Messe Muenchen India, Preeti served as Human Resources Director at Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd (ABECL), where she played a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes and aligning talent strategies with the company’s high-growth objectives.
Earlier, she was Head of Human Resources (CMD’s Office) at Della Group, leading key HR initiatives during a transformational phase. Before that, she held the position of Vice President – Human Resources at Spartan Poker, where she led various strategic HR programs that supported talent development and business continuity.
Preeti has also held long-term roles at Edenred India, where she was Head of Human Resources and Deputy General Manager, driving HR excellence over a tenure of nearly eight years. Her earlier career includes impactful HR roles at Amadeus, WNS Global Services, Intelenet Global Services, and Hapag-Lloyd AG.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from University of Mumbai, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management (PGCHRM) from XLRI Jamshedpur.
