Windsor, England, United Kingdom, February 2025 – Preetika Arora has been appointed as Europe Reward Lead at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this role, she will lead compensation and benefits strategies across the European region, aligning with the company’s broader HR objectives to enhance employee experience and drive business success.
Preetika brings nearly two decades of experience in compensation and benefits, HR analytics, and rewards management across multiple global organizations. Prior to this role, she served as Regional Compensation and Benefits Lead – EAPAC at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where she successfully managed and optimized regional reward strategies. Earlier, she worked as Manager, Compensation and Benefits – India, Middle East & Africa, where she played a key role in designing and executing compensation frameworks to support business objectives.
Before joining IHG, Preetika held key roles at Punj Lloyd Limited, where she was responsible for compensation, benefits, and HR analytics, and at Aon Hewitt, where she led compensation benchmarking surveys across industries such as IT, ITeS, and manufacturing. Her expertise in market benchmarking, rewards design, and workforce analytics has positioned her as a strategic leader in HR.
