Before joining Ecolab GBS+, Puja served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Cummins India, where she led a 30-member TA team overseeing both experienced and campus hiring. During her tenure, she championed digital transformation within the talent function, introduced automation to streamline recruitment workflows, strengthened workforce planning alignment, and improved diversity representation across critical business units. Her leadership significantly elevated hiring quality, reduced recruitment costs, and improved candidate and stakeholder experience.
Puja’s earlier experience spans AXA, Aegis, OZ Telepro Services, Tech Mahindra, Manpower, and Wipro, where she managed multi-location teams, led high-volume recruitment programs, and strengthened global talent processes. Her deep understanding of talent markets and commitment to building high-performing teams position her to drive Ecolab GBS+’s next phase of growth through strategic and future-ready talent acquisition.
