Accra, Ghana, May 2024 – iSON Xperiences Ltd, a leading global CX management company, is delighted to announce the promotion of Punit Arorah to Chief Growth Officer. With over two decades of experience in customer experience management, telecom, and business development, Punit will now oversee the company’s global growth strategies, effective May 2024.
Career Journey at iSON Xperiences Ltd
Punit joined iSON Xperiences Ltd in 2014 and has held multiple leadership roles over the past decade. He was most recently the Country Head – Ghana, responsible for profit and loss, market penetration, and client management across multiple sectors, including Telecom, Logistics, and BFSI. Before this role, he served as Country Head – Rwanda for nearly six years, where he was instrumental in driving consistent business improvement, operations excellence, and EBITDA growth of over 20% in his final year.
He also held several other significant positions within the organization, such as Assistant General Manager (Kenya), Senior Manager (Tanzania and Uganda), and Senior Key Account Manager – Telecom (Kenya). His contributions included launching new business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading special projects that improved customer experience.
Previous Experience
Before joining iSON Xperiences Ltd, Punit served as Head – Operations at JAINHITS, where he partnered with the National Sales Head to develop strategic business plans and sales strategies at a national level. He also spent a decade at Vodafone as Manager – Customer Services, managing customer service operations, process improvement, and customer lifecycle management.
Punit’s earlier roles include Marketing Executive – Business Development at Satyam Infoway Ltd and Marketing Executive at Delhi Press.
