Dublin, Ohio, United States, October 2025 — Quantum Health, the most complete healthcare navigation solution, has announced the appointment of Felicia Taylor as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). A strategic, results-driven executive with more than two decades of experience, Taylor brings a strong record of leading high-growth healthcare and technology organizations through people-first strategies and human capital transformation.
“At Quantum Health, the mission to care for people is more than words — it’s lived through every interaction, every decision and every Warrior,” said Felicia Taylor. “I’ve built my career around transforming organizations through people, culture and purpose, and I see those same values deeply embedded at Quantum Health. I’m honored to join a team that leads with empathy, scales with excellence, and never loses sight of the human connection that defines its success.”
In her role as CHRO, Taylor will oversee Quantum Health’s people strategy across all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition and development, total rewards, and organizational culture. She will also lead Warrior Services, a team dedicated to supporting the daily experience, safety, and wellbeing of Quantum Health’s workforce. Her focus will include enhancing the workplace experience through thoughtful initiatives — from employee wellness programs to on-site amenities such as a fresh cafeteria — ensuring Warriors® have the space, resources, and support they need to thrive and deliver exceptional service to members.
With more than 20 years of experience driving people strategy across high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS and healthcare organizations, Taylor has built a reputation for scaling global teams, driving cultural alignment, and enabling business transformation. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at WebPT, a leading healthcare SaaS company specializing in outpatient rehab therapy, where she guided people strategy across the U.S. and India. Taylor successfully scaled operations globally, integrated multiple acquisitions, and achieved consecutive Great Place to Work® certifications.
Prior to that, she served as CHRO at Trintech, where she led enterprise HR strategy for a global, remote-first software organization. There, she strengthened engagement, improved workforce agility, and fostered leadership resilience during the post-COVID transition. Throughout her career, she has delivered measurable success in engagement, retention, and leadership development, consistently aligning human capital strategy with enterprise growth.
“Felicia is an exceptional leader who truly understands the power of people in driving business success and relates to our culture of caring for people in every step of their healthcare journey,” said Dayne Williams, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Health. “She brings not only deep expertise in scaling organizations and uniting teams through growth and change, but also a genuine passion for creating environments where people can thrive. I’m thrilled to welcome her to Quantum Health as we continue to strengthen our culture and focus on being there for our members and clients every step of the way.”
Beyond her executive leadership, Taylor is a strong advocate for leadership development and community empowerment. She serves on the Board of Directors for Women with Promise, a North Texas nonprofit providing scholarships and mentorship for women pursuing economic independence. She also actively mentors emerging HR professionals, reflecting her belief that when people grow, organizations thrive — and giving back is a core part of leadership.
