Chicago, Illinois, United States, September 2025 – HUB International has announced the appointment of Rachel Olson as Vice President, Employee Benefits. In this role, Rachel will be responsible for leading employee benefits strategies, building client partnerships, and driving tailored solutions that support HUB’s mission of helping businesses and individuals navigate a changing world with clarity and confidence.
Rachel most recently worked at TriNet, where she spent over three years in leadership roles. As Broker Relationship Manager, she collaborated with partners to expand TriNet’s reach and strengthen client relationships. Before that, she was Director of Sales, driving growth through strategic partnerships, SaaS sales, and consultative client engagement across diverse industries.
Prior to TriNet, she worked in Sales and Marketing Consulting, advising businesses on account planning, negotiation, and partnership strategies. She also gained extensive sales leadership experience during nearly six years at FedEx Services, where she advanced through multiple roles, including Worldwide Sales Manager – E-Commerce, District Sales Manager – Field Sales, Sr. Sales Executive – Market Development, Market Development Account Executive, and Business Development Account Executive. At FedEx, Rachel earned recognition as a President’s Club Winner and Ambassador’s Club Member, underscoring her track record of delivering results.
Earlier, she held roles as DMR Account Manager at ASUS North America, where she managed key accounts such as CDW, SHI, and Insight, and at Progressive Solutions, where she served as Project Manager and Project Coordinator before beginning her career as a Customer Service Representative. This diverse background equipped her with expertise in customer relationships, project management, and solution-driven sales.
