Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, December 2025 — Laxcon Steels Limited has announced the appointment of Rahul Singh as AGM – HR & Administration. In his new role, Singh will lead the company’s human resources, administration, statutory compliance, contract management and government liaison functions, strengthening people operations and governance across Laxcon’s advanced stainless steel manufacturing ecosystem.
At Laxcon Steels Limited, Rahul Singh has assumed the role of AGM – HR & Administration, bringing strong leadership experience across industrial HR operations, administration and statutory compliance to support Laxcon’s growing manufacturing footprint.
Previously, at Payal Group, Singh served as AGM – HR & Administration, leading HR operations, workforce governance and statutory compliance across large manufacturing and industrial operations.
Prior to this, at Jekson Vision, he worked as Senior Manager – HR & Administration, strengthening HR operations, manpower planning, administration, statutory compliances and government liaisoning for large-scale engineering and manufacturing environments.
Earlier, at Nami Steel Pvt. Ltd. – India, Singh held the role of Manager – HR & Administration, managing HR operations, contract management and statutory compliance across steel manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad.
Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Singh served in the Indian Army for over 16 years as Administrative Head, where he led manpower handling, budgeting, internal audits, disciplinary procedures, training and development, and administration, building a strong foundation in leadership, governance and operational excellence.
