Philippines, September 2025 — Qualfon has announced the promotion of Rain Villagonzalo to Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition. In this new role, Villagonzalo will lead global recruitment strategies and talent operations, reinforcing Qualfon’s mission of delivering people-first, AI-enabled customer experience solutions.
Villagonzalo has been with Qualfon for more than two years, most recently serving as Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition – APAC, where she spearheaded recruitment strategies across high-growth markets in the Philippines and India. Her leadership strengthened hiring delivery in key hubs such as Cebu, Dumaguete, Manila, Cagayan de Oro, and Bhopal.
Before joining Qualfon, Villagonzalo worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. for nearly six years, holding roles including AVP, HR Business Advisor and AVP, Talent Acquisition. She partnered closely with senior leaders to align HR priorities with business strategy while optimizing large-scale recruitment across agent and non-agent roles.
Earlier, she served as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition at TTEC, where she directed multi-site cluster operations and client-focused recruitment strategies across the Philippines.
Villagonzalo also spent over nine years at ePerformax Contact Centers & BPO, progressing from Community Support Specialist to Supervisor, Recruitment and ultimately Manager, Corporate Concierge, where she enhanced sourcing, recruitment operations, and employee engagement initiatives. She began her career at Aegis PeopleSupport as a Travel Services Specialist.
Villagonzalo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of the Philippines. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt, underscoring her commitment to operational excellence in talent acquisition.
