Dhaka, Bangladesh, April 2025 – Acote Group has announced the appointment of Rajdeep Chowdhury as Deputy Chief People Officer (Head of People, Culture & Admin Operations). In this strategic role, Rajdeep will lead the company’s efforts to strengthen its people-first culture, drive HR transformation, and streamline administrative operations across the organization’s diverse business verticals including BPO, Design Solutions, Digital Marketing, and IT Services.
Prior to joining Acote Group, Rajdeep served as First Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at ABG Technologies Limited, where he contributed to organizational growth through robust HR policy design, talent management, and employee engagement strategies. His leadership helped establish strong workforce frameworks during a critical growth period for the organization.
Before that, Rajdeep spent nearly a decade at Aftab Bahumukhi Farms Limited, where he held progressive HR roles, including Assistant Manager and Senior Executive. His responsibilities included performance management, training & development, recruitment, compensation design, and employee relations—playing a key role in HR modernization for the organization.
His early career as an Executive and Trainee Officer – HR equipped him with a strong foundation in human capital operations, policy administration, and employee lifecycle management, working across large-scale HRIS systems and liaising with both local and international training partners.
With over a decade of HR leadership experience, Rajdeep brings a dynamic mix of strategic insight and operational execution to Acote Group’s evolving people agenda.
