Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Rajesh Gupta has been redesignated to Vice President & Head Business Partner – People & Organization at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited. In this new role, he will be responsible for leading the HR Business Partnering function across all zones and branches in India, driving strategic people initiatives and strengthening the organization’s talent and workforce strategies.
Prior to this role change, Rajesh Gupta served as Vice President, Human Resources at Future Generali India Insurance Company Limited, where he played a crucial role in HR Business Partnering, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives for over a year.

Before joining Future Generali, he was Head – Total Rewards at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd. for four years, overseeing compensation structures, statutory compliances, and HR policies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Earlier, he held the role of Vice President, Human Resources at A&A Business Consulting, where he led HR operations, talent management, and organizational development. He also served as Associate Vice President – Human Resource at Future Generali India Life Insurance, where he managed corporate HR, compensation & benefits, HR-operations, and business partnering for nearly eight years.
With a career spanning over two decades, he has also worked in leadership HR roles at Intelenet Global Services (Serco), Agrani Satellite Communications Enterprise Limited, Wockhardt Ltd., and Cipla Ltd., contributing to HR transformation, compliance, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning.
