Irbid, Jordan, November 2025 — Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co. has announced the appointment of Rajesh Kotian Urwa as Assistant General Manager – HR Business Partner (HRBP). In his new role, Rajesh will help strengthen people strategy, operational excellence, and the employee experience as the organization continues its large-scale manufacturing growth across the MENA region.
With extensive experience in leading HR functions across multiple sectors—including manufacturing, infrastructure, financial services, fashion, and large industrial operations—Rajesh brings deep expertise in talent management, employee relations, HR strategy, workforce transformation, succession planning, and engagement frameworks. His career reflects a consistent record of building scalable HR systems, fostering strong employer-employee relationships, and aligning people processes with business outcomes in large workforces across India, Jordan, and global setups.
Before joining Classic Fashion Apparel Industry Ltd. Co., Rajesh Kotian Urwa served briefly as Senior HR Business Partner at Técnicas Reunidas in Bengaluru. In this role, he supported business heads and leadership teams across workforce planning, capability building, and talent alignment initiatives.
Prior to that, Rajesh worked as General Manager HR – Head HR at Epic Group for nearly a year, where he led HR operations for large garment manufacturing clusters in Jordan. His experience also includes serving as Senior Manager – HR at Alpine Group, where he partnered closely with manufacturing leaders to streamline HR effectiveness, enable scale, and support workforce expansion.
One of Rajesh’s most impactful tenures was with Envoy Mortgage, where he worked for over ten years, eventually serving as AVP HR and Head HR for India operations. During this period, he achieved notable milestones.
Before Envoy Mortgage, Rajesh held progressive HR leadership roles at organizations including Big Bags International Pvt. Ltd., Bharati Shipyard Ltd., Punj Lloyd, Ramky Infrastructure Limited, Maytas Infra, and Population Services International. His earlier years gave him exposure to large-scale workforce administration, site HR leadership, talent development, industrial relations, workforce expansion, and labour compliance.
Rajesh began his career in social impact as a Residential Counsellor, reflecting his strong foundation in people-centric roles.
Rajesh holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Roshni Nilaya and completed the Senior Executive Development Program in CHRO Leadership at XLRI Jamshedpur, reinforcing his executive readiness and strategic HR leadership capabilities.
