Richardson, Texas, United States, March 2025 – Fossil Group, Inc. has announced the appointment of Randy Greben as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), succeeding Andrew Skobe, who had been serving as Interim CFO. With over two decades of leadership experience in financial strategy and operations, Greben will play a pivotal role in leading Fossil’s financial turnaround and business transformation.
Before joining Fossil Group, Randy Greben served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Casper Sleep, where he was instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and financial performance. Prior to this, he was Chief Financial Officer at Blue Apron, overseeing financial planning and strategic growth initiatives.
Greben has also held leadership roles at ANN INC. (Ann Taylor, LOFT, Lou & Grey) as Senior Vice President and CFO, and at Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and General Manager. His earlier career includes finance leadership roles at Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Markets, Taco Bell, TMP Worldwide, and HVS, where he gained deep expertise in forecasting, financial planning, and business transformation.
Randy Greben holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine – The Paul Merage School of Business. His extensive experience in financial strategy, business operations, and corporate restructuring positions him well to support Fossil Group’s long-term growth objectives.
